Jackie Urkoski has served for nearly 20 years in development and nonprofit management. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and uses these skills to analyze data and trends in development, to strategize, and to problem solve. She believes that every person has a story, and a unique calling for the use of their time, talent, and treasure. Her favorite part of development is learning about this story, and learning how the Holy Spirit is moving in each donor’s life.

Jackie’s years of experience in nonprofit work have allowed her to be involved in building organizations and programs from the ground up, moving organizations from operating in debt to operating in surplus, and helping each organization tell a story that invites people to become more engaged on every level.
